If you’re serious about sticking to those workout goals from your resolutions, or even if you’re restarting on your fitness journey, it can be tough getting started. I know it sounds like a good idea to hit the gym a few times a week, but let’s be real…sometimes life gets in the way. Don’t let that stop you from getting a good workout in though! TheseYoutube channels that can help you get in shape and stay on track without ever leaving your home.

1. Scola Dondo

Looking for a fun dance workout? Scola Dondo is your girl! She specializes in afrobeat dance workouts to get a good burn while having a great time. A lot of her workouts involve cardio and floor workouts, so make sure to have a good yoga mat. Get that water bottle it’s time to get to work.

2. Britt Fit

For the ladies that are focused on toning up, Brittany Dixon of Britt Fit is the Youtuber for you. Britt Fit uses very easy exercises which include everything from dance routines to simple workouts using props from around your home. If you’re looking for a workout that will help kill some calories and tone your booty, try these workouts a few times a week and enjoy the results.

4. Kai Wheeler

Okay so while most of the previous youtubers focused on the beginners or easy workouts you could do at home, Kai Wheeler is for those who want to take it up a notch. If you’re hoping to really improve your endurance, try more hard core workouts, or prepare for any fitness related challenges you might be taking part of, Kai Wheeler is a great place to start. FYI she’s a former athlete in track and field so be prepared to werk!
