Returns, Exchanges and Credits

 

We hope you love what you've ordered, but we know that sometimes things don’t work out. We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with your experience with us. Please review our policies below if you have a return or exchange request.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

You can request a return under the following circumstances:
  • You contact us within 30 calendar days of when you received your order.
  • You received a damaged item
    • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Your shipment was missing an item, received the wrong item.
  • Item(s) are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and original packaging and tags attached.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing returns.

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED?

  • Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging.
  • Requests made after 30 days of receipt.
  • Free gift items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, had tags removed or missing their original box packaging.
  • Clearance items or items marked as “Final Sale”.
  • For hygienic reasons, these items are “Final Sale”:
    • Used, washed or worn items
    • Accessories: Earrings
    • Cosmetics, hair accessories
    • Intimates, hats, bathing suits
  • Gift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a gift card (final sale).
  • Items not purchased on izzyandliv.com or via Izzy & Liv IG or Facebook Shops (e.g., a third-party reseller, an auction site, etc.).
  • Brown Sugar Box items cannot be returned or exchanged. You can update size preferences for future boxes in your account. If there is an issue with an item in your box that is our error, you MUST notify us within 7 days of receiving your box. No exceptions.
We reserve the right to delay a refund until items photo proof of issue and/or physical items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.

WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN?

  • If the error was made by us (wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival) the return shipping costs will be waived.
  • Otherwise (you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind etc) the cost of return shipping must be covered you.
  • We do not provide cash refunds; however, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an Izzy & Liv gift card.
  • Exchange restocking and processing fees may apply.
  • TIP: Double-check your sizing against our size charts before making a purchase. Please note that “Ladies Fit” tees will be a smaller/tighter fit vs “Unisex” tees which will be larger and more forgiving with a relaxed fit.  
  • If it’s determined the error was made by us, and it was purchased during a sale or with a discount code, and we authorize a return, a credit will be issued that is equal to the amount you actually paid, NOT the non-sale full retail price of the item.  

HOW DO I SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST?

Quickly and easily return your item(s) through our Returns Portal!

  • You will need your order number and the email you used when you placed your order.  
  • Please do not send us the item(s) to be returned until you have received a return authorization. 

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
