When people think of a detox, they’re probably only focused on the inside of their body. What they fail to realize is that the outside matters too! The skin is the largest organ of the body, so why wouldn’t we take care of it? For those looking for an outer body detox, think of exfoliating! Exfoliating will help scrub away the dead skin and toxins that are probably sitting on your body right now.

A popular craze that you’ve probably seen recently is to make a detox drink! They are often called ‘cleanses’ and help flush out your body of toxins while adding nutrients. These drinks are essentially water-based, but they’re perfect for those who need a bit more flavor in their lives. The amazing thing about making your own detox drink is that you can pick your own ingredients. You’ll often find citrus fruits like lemon, lime, oranges, or grapefruit tossed in detox drinks, but feel free to add mint leaves and cucumber.
Although you might be looking to detox your body now, you should be looking at your life as an entire detox! No one should want to fill their bodies with toxins.
