Pumpkin Beer Float

Here’s what you’ll need: 2 scoops vanilla ice cream, 2 scoops chocolate ice cream, 1 bottle of pumpkin beer, ground cinnamon.

Place 1 scoop of each ice cream into two drinking glasses. Pour the pumpkin beer on top. Top it off with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.

Apple Cider Mimosas

Here's what you'll need: Gold sprinkles, apple cider, champagne, and apple slices for garnish.

Dip the top of a champagne flute into water and coat the rim with sprinkles. Pour apple cider into each glass, filling halfway. Slowly fill the rest with champagne. Garnish with an apple slice

Apple Cider Bourbon Cocktail

Here’s what you’ll need: Apple cider, bourbon, lemon juice, ginger ale (or ginger beer), an apple slice, thyme sprig or cinnamon stick for garnish.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour the cider, bourbon, and lemon juice on top. Shake then strain into a rocks glass with ice. Top it off with a garnish of your choice.

Pumpkin Spice Martini

Here’s what you’ll need: 2 oz pumpkin spice vodka, 1 oz dark rum, ½ oz half and half, 2 tbs pumpkin puree, 1oz maple syrup, ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract, 3 ice cubes.

For the rim: 1 graham cracker, ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp granulated sugar

To prep the garnish, crush the graham cracker into a Ziploc bag until it resembles sand. Mix in the cinnamon and sugar. Line the rim of a martini glass with maple syrup. Dip the glass into the cracker mix. Set aside.

Combine the ice and remaining cocktail ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake until fully chilled. Strain and carefully pour into the martini glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and nutmeg.

Grapefruit, Honey, and Rosemary Cocktail

Here’s what you’ll need: 3 c. fresh pink grapefruit juice, 2 pink grapefruit (cut into wedges), 2 cups bourbon (or vodka), 1/4 c. honey, 1 sprig fresh rosemary, 1/2 c. fresh lime juice (from 3 or 4 limes)

Combine grapefruit wedges, honey, and rosemary in a large pitcher then mash with a muddler (or wooden spoon). Add grapefruit juice, bourbon, and lime juice. Stir to combine. Serve over ice.

Pomegranate Pear Champagne Punch

Here’s what you’ll need: 1 ½ c. pomegranate juice, 1 c pear nectar, 1/4 cup orange-flavored liqueur, 1 bottle champagne (or Prosecco).

Combine the pomegranate juice, nectar, and liqueur into a pitcher then slowly add champagne. Serve over ice.
