Listen to calming music. Put on your favorite relaxed playlist . -
Try aromatherapy. Lavender and chamomile essential oils have calming properties to help you achieve quality sleep. - Change up your pajamas.

- Journal. What are your intentions for the next day? The next week? Do a mental purge!
