As a Brown Sugar Box Subscriber, you’ll get a box filled with the BEST of Izzy & Liv including best sellers, new releases and limited edition (subscriber-only) products. Your box will include 5-6 products every month. You will always get at least one Izzy & Liv tee, tank or sweatshirt along with other fabulous items -- and as often as we can, we will include items from other black-owned businesses we love!

The Brown Sugar Box subscription is $39.95 a month with 4.95 shipping.

Products included will be full-size products - no sample sizes! The total retail value of items in the box will be $85 or more!

Yes, every box will include at least one Izzy & Liv tee, tank or maybe even sweatshirt! They may be best sellers, new releases or special edition tees made just for Brown Sugar Box subscribers. Before you add a Brown Sugar Box Subscription to your cart, you will be able to select your preferred style (Unisex or Ladies Fit) and size.

If at any time in the future you want to change your size preference you will be able to do so by contacting us to update it for you.

From time to time, we may send out surveys asking for additional information such as pant/legging size, hat size etc if we are planning a box to bless you with additional non-tee apparel items. :-)

Our Izzy & Liv products are custom made on-demand once an order is received. Unlike large retailers, as a small business, we are unable to mass produce the thousands of SKUs/variants of products that would be needed to save on our costs by buying in bulk. We do not hold inventory. Creating products on-demand is one the reasons why we are able to offer such a wide variety of products, in various colors and sizes, and continue to keep creating more and more new items for you!

That said, this is just one of the reasons we decided to start Brown Sugar Box! In addition to loving the idea of sending our beloved customers a fabulous set of surprise gifts every month, bundling products in a subscription box allows us to provide great products at such steep discounts, because we are able to produce and ship a lot of product, at the same time, in bulk. The higher volumes allow us to source and produce products at a substantial discount and pass those savings on to you, our customers! It also gives us the opportunity to support and shout out fellow black-owned businesses when we are able to include non-Izzy & Liv products in our boxes!

Yes! International shipping is available at a flat rate shipping fee of $12.95.

We pre-order items for the boxes far in advance of the upcoming months and therefore only have a certain number of spots available each month based on the amount of inventory available. When we reach that number of subscribers we close new subscriptions and have the waitlist.

To get on the waitlist you simply add your email to the list. When spots become available, we send an email to every one on the waitlist to get the chance to sign up. When the waitlist is open it is first come first serve. Once the open spots we have available sellout, the waitlist closes again and we do not accept new subscriptions.

Spots become available in one of two ways:

1. Sometimes by the time we prepare to ship boxes out, existing customers have skipped the upcoming month, canceled, or had billing issues preventing them from renewing in time for the upcoming box. In these circumstances, if the number is large enough we open up the waitlist and allow people to come in and grab those few spots. So these spots are to allow new customers to replace those who gave up their spots. Not adding brand new spots. These spots usually sell out very fast (like within a day)
2. Every couple of months we actually add new spots (so spots in addition to those already subscribed). We send an email to those on the waitlist at this time as well (and announce it on the site). Because there are more available spots in these instances, they usually take a few days to sell out in a few days (versus just in one day as in scenario 1).

If you are able to subscribe and grab a spot, the website and your confirmation email will confirm which month will be your first box. Depending on the time of the month you sign up, your next box may not be until the month after the upcoming box. Be sure to check the website and your confirmation to confirm which month your first box will be shipped.

You will be billed for your first box with your initial purchase when you sign up. Starting with your second box, you will be billed on the 25th of each month going forward, and our boxes will start shipping around the 15th of the month. You will not be billed for the next box until after the box from the current month has been shipped/delivered.

You will receive a reminder email 3 days prior to billing. Your subscription will auto-renew each month unless you decide to cancel.
