Straight from Rwanda, woman-owned, motivated, and inspired by the Rwandan people’s spirit to succeed we bring you Coffee of Grace. Roasted to perfection giving your mornings the necessary jolt to slay anything that comes your way.
All coffees are 100% arabica, organically grown, specialty grade, and ethically sourced via 100% Direct Trade. All coffees are roasted to capture the natural essence of the farmer’s work at the source. Blends are created to give a consistent profile and we offer lighter/medium roasted coffees to capture the natural acidity of high grown offerings and medium and darker roasts for more sugar development and fuller body coffees.
Each blend comes in 2.5 oz bags. Available in 3 flavors:
Morning Side: Full City Roast (medium/dark roast)
Deep Chocolate Notes Balanced With Fresh Fruit And Clean Finish
Our Morning Side is a delicious blend of coffees from Rwanda and Guatemala. It was roasted slightly darker to highlight the natural sugar development found in these coffees, creating a bold, smooth and silky coffee. The natural flavor notes of dark chocolate are complemented with red fruit such as cherry, and plum.
Kivu: Medium Light Roast
Balanced Bright Fruit, Sweet Smooth Finish
This is a blend of coffees from Maraba (North Rwanda) Nkora (West Rwanda) and Buf Café (South Rwanda). The beans are lightly roasted to highlight the delicate sweetness and light floral notes naturally found in coffees from Rwanda. This silky smooth coffee is perfect to enjoy all day.
In This Together: Medium Light Roast
Dark Chocolate, Blueberries, Caramel flavor notes
Beautiful combination of coffees from Ethiopia, Rwanda and Brazil. We applied a unique roasting technique and slow roasted the beans. It is a much gentler method of roasting at a lower temperature for a longer duration, which reduces any acidity in the coffee and results in a smooth, balanced, sweet finish. Slow roasting lets the natural sugars slowly caramelize and the final product is a beautiful coffee with flavor notes of dark chocolate, blueberries, and caramel.
