- 1 cup soy milk
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 banana, broken into chunks
- 2 cups of frozen strawberries
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tablespoon peanut butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup coconut water 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice ½ ripe avocado 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder ¼ teaspoon cayenne 2" knob of fresh ginger 1 cup frozen mango
Berry Kale
½ cup orange juice 1 banana, cut into chunks ½ cup mixed frozen berries ½ cup shredded kale ½ cup water 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
